“She was an amazing person—such a kind and loving daughter, mother, sister, niece, cousin, and friend,” her mom recalls. Amber had a profound gift for reaching out and touching the lives of so many people. Her mother describes her as giving “to a fault,” someone who would do anything for her loved ones. Amber’s warmth, loyalty, and devotion to family were unwavering.

Her passions reflected her depth and beauty. Amber was a lover of books and an incredible cook. “She made my world brighter so many times, made me stronger,” her mother remembers, adding, “I saw in her everything that I lacked in myself.”

Amber’s family feels the depth of their loss every day. Her mother speaks of a love that knows no bounds, saying, “To say that I miss her does not even begin to describe what I feel.” Amber’s passing on that fateful day in 2021, from fentanyl poisoning, is a memory that remains etched in her family’s hearts. Yet, their love for her is just as enduring.
