BRITTANY LINGENFELTER
FOREVER 23
Brittany carried kindness like a second skin, a softness that stretched beyond words, beyond actions—it was who she was. She never hesitated to give, never paused to question whether someone was worthy of her generosity. If you needed something, she’d give it. If you were hurting, she’d feel it. And if you were lucky enough to be her family, you knew, without a doubt, that you were loved.
Her love wasn’t loud, wasn’t demanding—it was in the little things. In the way she put others first, in the quiet ways she made sure people had what they needed before she ever thought of herself. And in the way she loved her cats, with the same tenderness she gave to everyone else. They were a reflection of her heart—gentle, loving, always in need of care, and always receiving it.
Her siblings knew her not just as family, but as home. A best friend, a confidant, the kind of person who could take a heavy moment and make it lighter, simply by being there.
"Brittany would give anyone the shirt off her back. She loved cats. She was the best sister anyone could ask for."
She was so much more than just a memory. She was warmth. She was love. She was a light that the world was never meant to lose so soon.
But love like hers doesn’t fade. It lingers. In every life she touched, in the kindness she left behind, in the stories that will be told and retold, always ending with the same unshakable truth—
"She was the best."
Rest easy, Brittany. You are loved beyond measure. You are missed beyond words. And you will never, ever be forgotten.
