GAGE VINCENT LABONTE

FOREVER 21

Gage Vincent Labonte was a soul born with the heart of a hero. From the time he was small, he gravitated toward the stories of those who saved the day—Spiderman, Indiana Jones, Luke Skywalker. But Gage didn’t just admire heroes; he embodied them. He lived his life trying to be the one who stood up, who stepped in, who made the world a little less cruel and a little more kind.

A loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend,” his family remembers. Gage had a gift for bringing joy to others. He gave the kind of hugs that made you feel protected, the kind of love that made you feel valued, and the kind of laughter that could break through even the heaviest of silences.

Gage grew up obsessed with heroes... Spiderman, Indiana Jones, Luke Skywalker… to name a few. He gave the best hugs. He aspired to be a Marine and enjoyed JROTC and being a Seabee Cadet. Paintball was life for a while. He began writing music in later years and had his own SoundCloud following.”

Gage’s life was a symphony of passions, each note played with the same enthusiasm and fire that defined him. He poured himself into everything he loved, whether it was strategizing on the paintball field, dreaming of a future in the Marines, or crafting music that allowed him to share his deepest emotions with the world.

He wasn’t just a protector of the shy and the meek; he was their champion. Gage had an instinctive ability to see those who felt invisible and bring them into the light. His family reflects on his heart, one that felt the world’s pain too deeply at times, but never stopped giving.

Gage was always the kid defending the shy and meek. Always trying to be the hero. He felt emotions strongly and had the largest heart, sometimes too big for a cruel world. He brought smiles to quiet rooms and laughter to sad faces. He was loved by sooooo many and now missed by all” his family shares.

Gage’s heart was immense, his presence unforgettable. He carried the dreams of a hero, the artistry of a poet, and the courage of someone who lived with his whole soul. Though his time here was far too short, his legacy remains—a beacon of love, laughter, and light for all who knew him.

Rest peacefully, Gage. You are the hero your family and friends will always hold in their hearts.
