Welcome to the Adams Legacy Project

The Adams Legacy Project Memorial Wall is a space dedicated to honoring those we've lost to the drug epidemic, and helping those still fighting.

The drug epidemic has touched so many lives, leaving behind grief, questions, and love that never fades. This project was created to honor the lives of those we’ve lost and to provide a place where families and friends can remember, connect, and find solace.

Not every loss comes from addiction. Overdoses happen in countless ways—through accidental exposure, prescribed medications, first-time use, or struggles with substance use. No matter the circumstances, every person we’ve lost was so much more than what happened to them. They were someone’s child, sibling, parent, or friend. Their stories deserve to be told, and their memories deserve to be cherished.

The Adams Legacy Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded to honor the memory of those lost to the drug epidemic. It provides a safe space where families and friends can share stories, grieve without judgment, and find support. The project is dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and offering resources to those affected by the drug epidemic.

Through events, story-sharing, and resource distribution, the Adams Legacy Project strives to build a more compassionate and understanding world.

Here at the Adams Legacy Project, we’re building a community of understanding and compassion. Our goals are:

  • To raise awareness about the realities of the drug epidemic and its impact on families everywhere.

  • To break down stigma so we can talk about these losses openly, without judgment.

  • To offer support through resources, events, and spaces to share and grieve together.

This work is deeply personal, and we’re honored to have you here. Together, we can remember those we’ve lost, support those still struggling, and fight for a future with fewer losses.
