Stephen Anthony Garland-Figueroa, lovingly known as "Stevie," was a son who wore his heart on his sleeve. He was proud to be a “mommy’s boy,” and he never hesitated to let everyone know just how much he loved his mom. Their bond was extraordinary, one of deep love, friendship, and a connection so profound it felt like they were twin flames.

Stevie brought joy and love to everyone fortunate enough to know him, but his relationship with his mom was truly special. He was her best friend, her confidant, and her heart. In their final phone call at 6:40 a.m., they exchanged "I love you's," a moment that now serves as a cherished memory in the midst of heartbreak.

Though Stevie’s time was tragically cut short, his spirit and love live on in the hearts of those who knew him. His family will forever carry the warmth of his love, his kindness, and the joy he brought into their lives.
